How To Get Started

Starting at Indian Hills CrossFit is as easy as just showing up. Feel free to stop by any of our CrossFit Lite classes and either join in or watch to see what you can expect. Our CrossFit Lite class is designed to give everyone a great workout whether it’s your first time doing CrossFit or you are an experienced exerciser. We can scale every movement to meet everyones needs. Stop by during any of the following classes and talk to one of our coaches to help you get started. Also, your first class will be free so you have nothing to lose. Please show up 10-15 minutes early so that we have time to show you around and have you fill out the necessary paperwork.
